The Bergeron Building to Become Part Of Abingdon Square

Here we go again we have just signed a deal to become part of the New Abingdon Square Development. With the next phase now ready to start Neighbor Works of Manchester will be building 5 buildings with 25 town house rental units and I will be building a brand new parking lot on the side of our building we will then have two new entrances one from stop light via the connector road behind the park and one on the parking lot side of the building.

When done our customers will exit via the connector road behind the park though to the stop light at Rite Aid giving them an easy way to get out without backing up onto the always busy Mast Road.

The building of the connector road behind the park is in progress now and should be ready by the end of the month and as soon as the house next door is demolished and that new one way in road is constructed we will start phase 1 with construction of the new parking lot and new building entrances this should be all done by May of 2010 this change will give us much more parking for our tenant customers along with beautiful new landscaping of our property we will also be making improvements the the building facade.

New Wide Screen Studio

Our new wide screen studio is up and running with our 18×22 backdrop we can do family group portraits up to 20 people in this new studio.

Class of 2010 seniors get ready to enjoy it all starting with your senior portrait photo session. At Bergeron Studios we go above and beyond to give you a photo session like no one else and we can Save You Up To 50% and More! This summer we have a beautiful new park right next door to our studio for outdoor shots and also our indoor studio. We take a approximately 30 to 40 photos per outfit and you get up to three clothing changes all for a $25.00 session fee. Our photography sessions can be both indoors and outdoors if you choose, and after the shoot we burn all the photos taken on a photo Cd for you to bring home and view with family and friends and its yours to keep free. Your chosen pose for the yearbook photo is burned to a Cd for the school yearbook staff at no charge when a package is purchased and you can use multiple poses to build from the many packages we offer, or you can build your own package from our single print selections. In addition all photos come with standard retouching free, we can also design custom collages, photo books, graduation invitations and more. We Will Soon Be Doing Outdoor Shoots In Abingdon Square Park!

If you been past our building lately you have seen a lot of construction next door to us the new development in progress is called Abingdon Square. Phase #1 is now complete with the New Rite Aid Pharmacy Food Mart & Photo Center and there is also a New Park that abuts our building that is now also complete. Hopefully the grass will be nice and green and the flowers in bloom before long, so we can do shoots in the park this summer it is gonna be a beautiful photography location.
